Keep Rockland Beautiful receives the
2014 Clarkstown Environmental Excellence Award
Keep Rockland Beautiful has been selected to receive the Environmental Excellence Award for it’s dedication to cleanups, environmental education programs and our critical efforts to “stop tons of litter and debris from entering into our drainage systems and streams.” Keep Rockland Beautiful and Tony Lisanti, also a recipient of the award who is dedicated to helping green Clarkstown, was recognized at the May 6, 2014 Town Board meeting. A birdhouse was dedicated in honor of each recipient and will be installed at the Congers Trailway. Thanks to all our hard working volunteers! We could have not done this without you!
